    Deloitte Central Europe Business Service Center is looking for an experienced finance professional to embrace the role of Treasury Manager. To be considered for this role you should have experience in finance-related positions, be analytic thinker and excellent problem solver. Very good communication skills are essential for this role.

    Our requirements:
    Degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CIMA working towards an advantage);
    3-5+ years of experience in treasury area;
    Analytical mind and ability to draw conclusions from financial data;
    Meticulousness and great attention to details;
    Excellent stakeholder management – ability to maintain cross functional relationships;
    Experience in team management;
    Fluent knowledge of English in writing and speech;
    Great knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferable);
    Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
    Your future role
    Act as subject matter expert on regional treasury processes and services;
    Plan and implement treasury management strategy, incl. monitoring interest rates and economic indicators;
    Understand terminology of bank agreements;
    Maintain multiple banking relationships across region of Central Europe (18 countries);
    Propose, analyze and perform appropriate hedging activities;
    Manage cash forecast to support liquidity analysis;
    Manage month-end activities;
    Coordinate audit in treasury area and respond to auditors’ queries;
    Ensure that the process is compliant with company’s policies;
    Review and improve existing processes and procedures;
    Run new projects and implementations;
    Migrate new scope to Rzeszow Business Center;
    Lead, motivate and develop the team.
